Traveling solo always feels like a reset for me, and my stay at Port A RV Resort was exactly that.

Every morning, I walked through Charlie’s Pasture trails with my journal tucked under my arm. Birds called, the marsh shimmered, and I felt myself breathe easier.

At night, I cooked simple meals in my RV—my favorite was campfire pasta with garlic, cherry tomatoes, spinach, and shrimp tossed in olive oil. After dinner, I sat by the pond and listened to frogs and night birds while the stars filled the sky.

This RV resort gave me safety, comfort, and the freedom to slow down. Port Aransas may be known for fishing and beaches, but for me it became a sanctuary.
