RULES

Our rules are put in place to keep our guests and property safe.

• The speed limit is 5mph throughout the park for the safety of our guests and their pets.
• All guests and vehicles must check in and be registered with the office. A hang tag must be in all vehicles on property to prevent being towed at owner’s expense.
• No child under the age of 16 is to be left unattended in the recreation rooms, pools, or near the pond.
• All guests 16 & over must wear Port A RV Pool bracelet in the pool area. If you need a pool bracelet, please see the office.
• We do not have a breed restriction; we do have an aggressive dog restriction.
• Dogs must always be leashed while outside. No animals should be left outside unattended. There are multiple dog sanitary sites available for your use. Please be responsible and clean up after your pet. There is a fee of $25.00 clean up fee for not picking up after your pet.
• Pets are not allowed in public areas such as rec rooms, laundry rooms, restrooms, or pool areas.
• WARNING: COYOTES RUN IN THE CITY OF PORT ARANSAS. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS OUT PRIOR TO SUNRISE OR AFTER SUNSET. IF YOU MUST TAKE YOUR DOGS OUT, STOMP ON THE FLOOR IN FRONT OF YOUR DOOR, COME OUT WITHOUT YOUR DOG AND LOOK AROUND UNDER YOUR RIG AND THE RIGS NEXT TO YOU. TAKE A FLASHLIGHT AND STAY VIGILANT.
• Please do not walk through other guest’s sites. It’s common courtesy.
• We do not provide trash service. You must take your trash to the dumpster area at the front of the park in front of the office.
• No rugs or tents on the grass.
• The pond is catch and release only. It is not for swimming or boating. Please keep your children and dogs away from the water’s edge.
• All vehicles must be parked behind the red fire lane to prevent any damage to your property or someone else’s.
• Subletting is not allowed in Port A RV Resort. Anyone caught doing this will be removed from the property immediately and banned.
• This is private property. No firearms, fireworks of any kind are allowed to be discharged on our property.
• Aggressive, drunk, or disorderly behavior will result in immediate removal from the resort.
• All rigs must be hooked up to the electrical pedestal with a surge protector.
• All sewer hoses must be up off the ground. This is to prevent any damage from the lawn crew.
• Window units are not allowed.

We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if they are breaking our rules, being aggressive towards other guests, or staff, or causing damage to the property. You will be given a warning, after that you will have 24hrs to leave the property, without a refund.
